It’s a quiet night, and one of those where you’re either too lazy or too scared of the cold to head out to the grocery store. So you rummage through your fridge to figure out what you can make for. Dinner for 1.  Such a night, so a very simple plate. In under 15 minutes, veal scallopini and salad.

Recently, I’ve been toying with the idea of spending more time shooting videos. You see them everywhere now, and it is something I’ve wanted to do for some time but never quite figured out how to output my ideas. Videos like this one, as simple as they are, make me want to pick up a camera and start shooting.It’s so simple in edit, but it conveys the mood and a tone so brilliantly well. I love it. Start shooting, shoot something, stitch it together and tell a story.

I admit, the point of this series was purely selfish. I wanted to share the things that I had done and seen while basking in the sun for a few days. A break away from the exhausted winter here. I didn’t use my camera as much as I have in the past, so the pictures lack in numbers, but there were definitely a few gems.

Next, New York in a few weeks. Can’t wait.
